After your first visit (Midi Essential Visit), your clinician will order one or more follow-up visits, depending on your Care Plan. That visit will automatically be scheduled with the same clinician unless:
- You request to change clinicians
- Your clinician recommends that you have your follow-up with a specialist on our team instead
- Your health insurance plan has a change that affects coverage of a visit with that particular clinician
You can reference the clinician you’re set to see during your next visit in your Midi Scheduler.
