It depends on how you choose to pay for your visit.
- Using health insurance? The cost or “patient responsibility” can vary depending on your plan. A Midi care coordinator will review your insurance coverage details to confirm that you are in-network (this is why we ask you to upload an image of your insurance card). If we find any issues with your coverage, we will reach out within 24 hours of your visit. However this is not a guarantee of coverage and we recommend checking with your insurance provider directly if you are concerned about your exact benefits.
Depending on your coverage, your responsibility will be a copay or co-insurance. We will bill your insurance and notify you by invoice if there is any remaining balance for you to pay after your claim has been reviewed. Again, that balance may vary depending on your coverage, but it will not exceed $300.
- Self-paying for Midi care? The cost will depend on the visit type. For your first visit, the Midi Essential Visit, the cash price is $250. For ongoing visits, the cash price will range from $120-$250, depending on visit length and complexity of care.
