It depends on how you choose to pay for your visit.
Using health insurance? If you are using insurance for your Midi Health visits, you may receive a bill for any out-of-pocket costs not covered by your plan. Most patients, on average, pay around $50 out-of-pocket per visit with insurance. However, your exact cost will depend on your individual plan’s coverage.
For a new patient visit, you may be responsible for a deductible of up to $250. For a follow-up visit, your deductible may be up to $150. Beyond deductibles, any copayments and coinsurance may also apply.
Please contact your insurance provider or review your benefit plan to understand what your specific out-of-pocket costs might be for your care.
Self-paying for Midi visits? The cost will depend on the visit type. For your first visit, the cash price is $250. For ongoing visits, the cash price will be $150.
Please note: The visit price does not include the cost of labs or any prescription medications.
Midi Health and the Medical Groups are not enrolled with, and are not participating providers with, state healthcare programs (i.e., Medi-Cal, Medicaid) for the provision of any health care services or supplies and, as such, we can not treat Medicaid or Medi-Cal patients at this time, even as self-pay patients.
