If you are using insurance for your Midi Health visits, you may receive a bill for any out-of-pocket costs not covered by your plan. Most patients, on average, pay around $50 out-of-pocket per visit with insurance. However, your exact cost will depend on your individual plan’s coverage.
For a new patient visit, you may be responsible for a deductible of up to $250. For a follow-up visit, your deductible may be up to $150. Beyond deductibles, any copayments and coinsurance may also apply.
Please contact your insurance provider or review your benefit plan to understand what your specific out-of-pocket costs might be for your care.
