If you have been prescribed a Midi Custom Rx medication, please follow these steps to place your order:

- 24 hours after your prescription has been created login at app.prod.joinmidi.com
- On the left tab, click on the drop-down menu called “Midi Custom RX”
- Then click on “My Rx”.
- Check any pending Custom Rx orders, click "Buy Now", and follow the prompts to place your order.
Please note that if you requested your prescription to be sent to your local pharmacy, you should contact them directly for any updates.
