If you haven’t received your order, please follow these steps:
Payment: Ensure your payment has been processed successfully. You can check order status by following these steps:

- Login at app.prod.joinmidi.com
- Navigate to "Midi Custom RX" on the left tab
- Then select "My Rx"
- Check for any pending Custom Rx orders. If pending, click "Buy Now" and proceed with placing your order.

Tracking Number:

- Review your email for an update on your tracking number. Alternatively, login at app.prod.joinmidi.com.
- Under "Midi Custom Rx" on the left tab, click "My Rx".
- Scroll down to "Your Order History" and select the desired order.
- Tracking information will be visible on the top right corner of the page.
Please note that if you requested your prescription to be sent to your local pharmacy, you should contact them directly for any updates.
