How do I order my Midi Custom Rx refill?

To order your Midi Custom Rx refill, please follow these steps:

• • Login at app.prod.joinmidi.com
  • On the left tab, click on the drop-down menu called “Midi Custom Rx”
  • Then click on “My Rx”.
  • Check any available Custom Rx refills, click "Buy Now", and follow the prompts to place your order.

If you are out of refills you will be prompted to book a visit with your Midi clinician.
