At Midi, we use two specialized portals to ensure you have a seamless care experience. While they work together, each serves a specific purpose for your journey.
The Midi Portal is your primary hub for scheduling and logistics. Here, you can view your clinician’s real-time availability to book, reschedule, or cancel visits at your convenience.
Beyond scheduling, this portal allows you to:
Prepare for Visits: Access and complete your pre-visit health questionnaires.
Manage Prescriptions: Purchase MidiRX medications prescribed by your clinician or shop for custom Midi health products.
How to log in: Simply enter the email address you have on file with Midi. For your security, you will receive a six-digit authentication code via text or email to complete your sign-in.
The Athena Portal is where your clinical records and communication live. Think of this as your digital medical folder.
Use this portal to:
Message Your Care Team: Send secure messages to your clinician or reach out to our Billing and Payments department. You can also attach external documents, such as lab results from other providers.
Review Visit Summaries: Access "Visit Notes" to read the full details of your consultation and review the personalized care plan you discussed with your clinician.
View Test Results: See results for any labs or tests ordered by your Midi clinician as soon as they are processed.
How to log in: You can access Athena directly through the menu in your Midi Portal or at this link. You will log in using your dedicated email and password. If you’ve forgotten your login information, you can use the “Forgot your password” link on the sign-in page.
